Titanium Riveted MTB Frame May 2009
I have long wanted to build a titanium bicycle frame but welding titanium tubes in home conditions always proved tricky. Therefore I pursued this "Eiffel tower" design, and constructed the frame with parts made of laser cut and bent titanium sheets. These modules were then completed and joined with stainless steel rivets.
The frame is still a work in progress; this is how it was displayed at EHBE 2009 .

This frame is built for testing purposes and my own riding. It is like a piece of Bike Art and is not intended for production.
