European Handmade Bicycle Exhibition
May 2010

Schwäbisch Gmünd, a nice and peaceful town, hosted the European Handmade Bicycle Exhibition which ran from 21st to 23rd of May 2010.

And once again it was a great place to meet interesting people and see some new projects. In addition to our Bamboozler and C-Thru frameset, there was a gold carbon fiber bike, and the Nighthawk - a frame project built from honeycomb sandwich panels, as well as presenting a low-cost bamboo frame and its accompanying DYI kit.

My friend and team-mate James Shepperd and I in our booth:

A blonde Bamboozler with Ghisallo wooden rims drew a lot of interest. Suprisingly, there was also a significant amount of interest in the frame jig we had there to display the Nighthawk project. The low-cost Bamma bamboo project got a lot of requests as well.
